MerchVault – Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 26th 2024

1. Subscription Refunds

  • MerchVault does not provide refunds for Premium subscriptions as they are digital services.
  • A 1-hour goodwill grace period is available if users contact support immediately after accidental payment.

2. Subscription Management

  • Users can cancel their Premium subscription at any time through the account page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellations

Once canceled, users retain Premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
